HIMALAYAN HIGHLIGHTS  5 NIGHTS/6 DAYS (3 Nights in Kathmandu, 2 Nights in Pokhara)

Day 1 - Arrive Kathmandu. Meet and transfer to your hotel.(D).

Day 2 - Breakfast in the hotel Afternoon sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square, the palace of the Malla and then Shah Kings of Nepal. Places of interest are Kasthamandap, a medieval rest house said to give Kathmandu its name, Kumari Temple, abode of the virgin goddess. From here visit Swoyambhunath Stupa one of the most important center of Buddhist learning in Nepal. restaurant. Afternoon tour of Patan famous for its arts and crafts. Tour highlights are Hiranya Varna Mahavihar, a beautiful monastery and Mahaboudha. From here visit the Tibetan cultural center first founded by the Tibetan refugees     of the late fifties and now an exhibition cum shopping complex of carpets,     jewellery and many more interesting souvenirs.

Day 3 - Drive to Pokhara, the lakeside resort offering fabulous Himalayan views. Arrive at Pokhara and check in your hotel.

Day 4 -Early morning sunrise excursion to Sarangkot hill. Half day sightseeing to Davi's fall,Gupteshow Cave & Bindebasini

Day 5 - After breakfast at resort, return to Kathmandu overland. Arrive and check in at your hotel. Overnight in the hotel .

Day 6 - Breakfast at the hotel. Free until  transfer to the airport. (B)
